Parish Council meetings are held at 7.30pm in St Mary's Church Hall in Botus Fleming. Parish Council Meeting: the next meeting will be the Public Meeting at 7:30pm on the 23rd June 2021.This Meeting will take place at St. Mary's church hall. Further details are available from the Parish Clerk at firstname.lastname@example.org
During the past year Meetings have been held remotely with the following instructions issued - Residents may join the meeting by using Microsoft Teams. Joining details will be available from the Clerk.These arrangements were in accordance with the Cornwall Association of Local Councils (CALC) instructions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Agenda can be downloaded from the Council Meetings page one week beforehand along with draft Minutes of the previous Public Meeting. The Legislation only permits remote attendance at meetings held before the 7th May 2021.
Coronavirus update - Please note that in order to comply with Covid-19 rules, there may only be a maximum of 30 attendees at any event (this number includes 7 Councillors and the Clerk).
In respect to the Parish Council meeting, in order to accommodate social distancing, numbers attending may be restricted further.
Should it prove necessary, the Meeting date may be deferred to a later date in May, and the meeting may take place outside of the church hall.
Face masks must be worn at the meeting and an attendance register completed by each attendee.

Chairman & Vice Chair. At the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council held 17th May 2021 Councillor Dave Edwards was elected as Chairman and Councillor Dave Wiiley elected as Vice Chair both of whom will serve during 2021 2022 and until the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council on 25th May 2022. You can contact either Councillor by referring to the list of Councillors on the main webpage.
Councillors' Surgery / Questions to Councillors : should you have issues that you wish to raise with your Councillors they now hold an informal drop-in from 7.00pm onward immediately before the Public Meeting which commences at 7:30pm. There is no need to make an appointment so please come along for an informal talk. There is also a section on the Agenda to enable public participation wherein residents may speak on an Agenda item for up to 3 minutes. The Parish Council recommend that should members of the Public have a question for Councillors, that the question be put in writing to the Parish Clerk 24 hours before the meeting and that responses may be put in writing at a later date. email email@example.com.
The Electoral Review of Cornwall by the Boundary Commission. The Local Government Boundary Commission announced that the new ward boundaries in respect to Hatt & Botus Fleming is now named the Saltash,Trematon & Landrake electoral division.
